Operations Manager is responsible for managing the Operations and Technical team, along with the warehouse manager. They are also responsible for managing the repairs process and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.

Managing Operations Team
Ensuring that staff meet deadlines with loading invoices and statements and that they are following procedures in order to maintain a high level of customer service with regards to customers receiving orders quickly, while being kept fully informed
Managing Warehouse Manager
Oversee that the warehouse is kept organised and tidy and that stock levels are accurate
Training and supporting the Technical Team
Train the technical team in new or updated procedures. Support the department to assist them with maintaining a high level of customer service and keeping customers updated.
Arrange shipment of faulty stock and/or parts to repair engineers, liaising with the dealer and managing repair to completion
Working with Purchasing Manager to load all invoices and statements by the monthly deadline, writing procedures, ordering stock and despatching orders. Covering the Purchasing Manager role when absent
Assist with monthly stock take and investigate any anomalies
Any other tasks as required
A-level equivalent qualifications are required for this role. The role needs someone who is organised, confident, hardworking, driven and has a meticulous eye for detail. Managerial experience is essential. Experience of Sage/Salesforce would be helpful.
Skills & Experience
Leading their team and motivating them so that customer satisfaction and the profitability of the company grow, while maintaining good relationships with all staff. Experience with management and warehousing would be beneficial.
