Carla followed a career through Insurance and Law, gaining multiple professional Insurance certifications, Cert II and Insurance Law & Claims, after completing her GCSEs in Harlow, where she was born.
She joined Pulse Cinemas in 2015 as Office Manager. She plays a key role in ensuring effective communication across the teams at Pulse, helping to plan resource availability and assisting in delivering Pulse Cinemas products and services to the highest level of satisfaction to our Dealer network.
She also assists the Finance team, keeping records meticulously maintained to allow goods to be ordered and dispatched swiftly.

With a background in the retail sector, in personal & commercial insurance and having quickly gained deep experience in the Audio-Visual industry, her knowledge spans processes, procedures and people alike.
When she isn't at Pulse Cinemas, Carla enjoys catching up with friends and family, keeping fit, or reading a book outside in the sunshine.
