Getting an Error Message on the Savant App

Hey! We've noticed a little error message on the Savant app if you have your display settings set to small and not the default settings.

The Savant app might render incorrectly on an Android device, including on the AVA Remote, if you change the Display size from the Settings page for the Android device. When you have changed to an incompatible resolution, the Savant app displays a message stating: “Savant does not support the current Display size setting and may behave unexpectedly.


Here's how to fix this error message!

 

Quick Steps

  • Go to the System Settings by swiping down from the top once to open the menu, and again to expand the menu
  • Tap the gear icon
  • Scroll down till you see Display
  • Tap Display
  • Tap Advanced
  • Tap Display Size
  • Select the default size and then swipe the screen up to exit
