How can I control Sky Q / HD via CEC on a Pulse-Eight Matrix when I only want to use my TV remote?

With the neo:4 Professional, neo:8 & neo:X systems you can add the IP address into the settings. This will allow the matrix to control the Sky Box via CEC and our GUI.
