Paul explains, “My role at Pulse Cinemas is to work in partnership with dealers and integrators to make sure that they receive the best possible service, ensuring they have all the latest information on Lutron products and training and to act as the main point of call for all things Lutron. Oliver adds, “I stand ready to support new and existing dealers with the specification and technical considerations of Lutron lighting systems and Sivoia QS / Triathlon Window treatments. Whether it be an RF retrofittable solution, a full home panelised lighting system, a hybrid system, legacy upgrades and window treatment solutions, my role is to assist our dealers in ensuring we deliver the best possible solution that aligns with the client’s requirements.”

So, what are the key advantages of purchasing Lutron from Pulse Cinemas?

Paul explains, “Dealers will be purchasing through a long established and experienced distributor with some of the best showroom and demonstration facilities in Europe. Our knowledgeable, qualified staff can offer dealers first class service and reliability, allowing them to make the best of the potential in this sector.”

Oliver adds, “We not only provide support in system design and technical support, but dealers can also gain access to our state-of-the-art facility at Stansted, showcasing a full HomeWorks QSX system with an array of keypads, such as the popular Alisse and Palladiom products. We also showcase a myriad of Sivoia QS and Triathlon window treatments so that dealers can bring their clients to experience the system and the different options in a real-world environment.”

Technical support is crucial in this sector, what does the team offer here?

Oliver explains, “Whether you’re designing a new system or you are on site with a hardware or software technical issue, we’re only a phone call away so don’t hesitate to get in touch. When it comes to training, Lutron has a superb interactive online LCI training platform with an array of free courses along with paid qualification courses. Whether you’re just starting out and looking to get qualified or you’re an existing HomeWorks dealer looking to expand your offerings with window treatments, don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss what you’re looking to do and we’ll assist.”

Product-wise, what are some of the key highlights right now?

Paul states, “Lutron offers dealers unrivalled quality and reliability throughout the range, continually improving and bringing new products to market, all backed with Lutron’s world leading manufacturer’s warranty. Luton’s range of products also complement each other perfectly, offering a full range of lighting control and window treatments that work seamlessly together within one control system.”

Oliver adds, “Lutron’s offering is the best it has ever been. With affordable retrofittable solutions like Ra2 Select to more high-performance offerings like HomeWorks QSX with the beautiful Alisse keypads and dedicated or retrofittable wire-free window treatments, there is something for every project and customer. Speaking of window treatments, we’ve seen dealers significantly accelerate their revenue with these offerings. What’s become more apparent is the shades being specified are no longer limited to whole home projects or cinema rooms, but feature in other single living areas such as kitchens or bathrooms and, (due to the ultra-quiet nature of Lutron’s shade motors), bedrooms have been very popular too, adding comfort and convenience.”

What would you say to a dealer who is not currently fully engaging with this sector?

Paul says, “Lutron’s market leading products offer dealers an unparalleled level of reliability and performance in a range to suit all budgets and applications. Lutron products are an excellent opportunity for dealers to increase their sales and market share whilst increasing profits for their business.”

Oliver says, “For me lighting and shading is the most important element of any home, as it’s the thing that we use every day and is the first thing we interact with in the morning and the last thing at night. Lutron’s lighting and shading solutions work hand in hand filtering the light within a home to not only offer convenience but also enhance the ambience within the home. The security aspect is also important. Shades not only control the amount of natural light from coming in but also prevent unwanted attention, deliver privacy and, with holiday modes, give the appearance that the property is occupied. Plus, with integration of HomeWorks QS into third party security systems, to activate lights if the alarm is triggered, there is another layer of security. With all that Lutron offers, it’s a great way to increase your business.”

What are the advantages of the new luxury app?

Paul explains, “The new Lutron Luxury app, running on the Apple iPad IOS platform, offers dealers and end users the opportunity to see first-hand the full range of Lutron products in a high-resolution vivid environment. The App offers users the ability to see Lutron products within their own space and experience different window treatment and shade options with augmented reality not seen before with Lutron products.”

Oliver adds, “This is a fantastic app and a game changer for the specification process. This allows dealers to show their clients different keypad or shading options in real time in their home, making the process of choosing a keypad or discussing engravings and specifications a more streamlined process.”

A Special Offer

Adding to the excellent proposition offered by the Lutron range and our dedicated Lutron team, a further special offer is open to dealers purchasing their lighting and shading products through us. Whether it’s the HomeWorks or RA2 systems, we offer complete system and planning support including initial measuring services for shades and curtains. Site visits like these are charged at £500 + VAT and are credited back to dealers upon order confirmation. Dealer engineers are required to verify measurements with our engineers on site.

We can provide full quotations for either supply only or supply and fit, with a generous dealer margin on the latter. If clients are providing their own material for curtain tracks or Roman blinds; our technical document details the maximum track weights so the right selections can be made. Orders should include the Lutron fabric model number and be emailed to Pulse Cinemas direct.

If installation support is not needed, Pulse Cinemas provides a free ‘Pre Sales’ service for the first two projects, and then standard services apply thereafter. Get in touch to find out more!
