In an announcement exclusive to CE Pro Europe, Pulse Cinemas has revealed that it has taken on UK distribution duties for BenQ’s residential range of projectors.

With this announcement, Pulse is keen to state that the company is very much back on track with its projector offering following Runco’s closure.

The BenQ models that Pulse will be focussing on have been optimised for the custom install market. The manufacturer’s two new 4K models will be Pulse’s main focus: the W11000 lamp based 4K projector will retail for £4,550 ex VAT, while the X12000 LED based 4K projector will retail for £6,150 ex VAT, with dealers earning an achievable 35% margin. The range not only offers Pulse Cinemas’ support, calibration expertise and achievable margin, but are also THX and ISF approved.

“Pulse Cinemas are delighted to add BenQ cinema projectors to its already impressive range of custom installation products,” says Pulse Cinemas’ Kapes Patel.

We feel that dealer/installers will be more than impressed by the incredible picture produced by these capable 4K projectors

“We are pleased to announce Pulse Cinemas as our high end home cinema distributor,” adds Chris Moore, product manager at BenQ. “Pulse impressed us with their knowledge and professionalism within the home cinema arena, and with the latest BenQ 4K projector, they are a perfect partner for us.”

The 4K BenQ projectors are soon to be installed into Pulse Cinemas’ demonstration facilities in Stansted.
