Having started up her own business in the hospitality industry, she has gained experience in management and working in a team.
Previously she has worked for a custom installer, so is able to understand the needs of our clientele.
Margaret grew up in the USA and returned to London at the age of 19 to study at the cordon bleu cookery school in Marylebone.
She has two grown up children and lives in Chelmsford.
