Mark comes to Pulse with 10 years experience within purchasing/logistics starting as a warehouse assistant, working hard and progressing over the years through purchasing assistant, logistic co-ordinator, buyer and now as Purchasing Manager.

Hired at a very important period as Pulse created a Purchasing Team for the first time, Mark is delighted to have the responsibility of managing this department and taking the company’s abilities and efficiency to a new level.

Mark says, “I strongly believe an enjoyable work place boosts the performance and motivation of any team and that is exactly the mentality I try and implement within the Purchasing department as well as introducing new procedures to ensure we efficiently fulfil our clients' requirements.”

Mark began his career working for a company called New Store Europe providing store interior and shop fitting items to heavy hitters such as Tesco, Nike, Apple, Sainsburys and Boots. Following that, Mark worked at Astute Electronics a company that specialised in distribution, global procurement and anti-counterfeit testing in the defence and aerospace sector. Mark also spent time working for Minitran Ltd – a structured cabling, networking and AV company.

All this experience enables Mark to ensure Pulse Cinemas' purchasing and logistics never miss a beat as the expertise and technology train keeps on running.

Another sporty member of the team, growing up Mark played both rugby and cricket for Essex as well as playing local football and still enjoys a round of golf.

Mark also loves spending time with his two-year old son and the rest of his family.
